MMA export volume in January-February 2022 decreased by 50.25% year-on-year

According to customs statistics, in February 2022, the monthly export volume of methacrylate in my country was 7,280.32 tons, and the cumulative export volume was 13,064.99 tons. The export volume increased by 25.86% month-on-month, and the export volume fell by 49.19% year-on-year. The cumulative export volume fell by 50.25% from the same period last year. %.

There are many MMA exporting countries in China. From January to February 2022, the top five countries in China’s MMA exports include India, the Netherlands, Germany, Vietnam, and Brazil. Among them, India’s export volume ranks first, with an export volume of 2,500 tons, accounting for 19% of the total. %; followed by the Netherlands, 1,400 tons, accounting for 10%; in addition, Germany, Vietnam, Brazil, Japan, and Turkey accounted for the same, accounting for 5%-5.5%.

From January to February 2022, China’s MMA is mainly exported to Asia and Europe, accounting for 78% of the total, followed by the Americas and other regions, accounting for 18% and 4% respectively.
